Irby Street Sporting Goods has been part of the Pee Dee outdoor community since 1973. What started as a small bait and tackle shop on Irby Street has grown into the outdoor superstore it is today, serving generations of hunters, anglers, families, and outdoor enthusiasts.

IT Manager
Ethan helps customers gear up for the hunt and the water. He knows the floor stock and likes matching people with what they will actually use in the field. Ask him when you are not sure where to start.
Genna Fields
General Manager
Genna keeps the shop running smoothly and makes sure folks feel welcome when they walk in. She points customers toward the right aisle and the right ask. Friendly, practical, Florence-local.
Jay Rodgers
Archery Tech
Jay is a go-to for hunting and fishing questions on the floor. He listens first, then steers you to gear that fits the trip you have in mind. No hard sell, just straight answers.
Thomas Young
Manager
Thomas helps with outdoor gear and day-to-day customer needs around the store. He is steady, plainspoken, and easy to find when you need a second opinion on equipment.

Todd works the floor with an eye for hunting and fishing setups that hold up. He is happy to talk through options and send you out ready for the woods or the water.
